Sandugo Festival
Location: Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol
Details: The festival is celebrated every 1st to 31st of July. Its highlights are the street dancing and mardi gras. This festival is a commemoration of the Blood compact between Rajah Sikatuna and Miguel Lopez de Legazpi. The word sandugo means blood compact.

Kinabayo Festival
Location: Dapitan City, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte
Details: The festival is celebrated every 25th of July. Its highlight is the colorful pageant re-enacting the Spanish-Moorish wars, mainly the Battle of Covadonga. This festival is a way for the locals to show their spiritual side. The word kinabayo means to ride a horse.

Subayan Keg Subanen Festival
Location: Ozamiz City, Province of Misamis Occidental
Details: The festival is celebrated every 15th to 16th of July. Its highlights are the week-long trade fair and street dancing. This festival is a way for the locals to show the rich Subanon cultural heritage.

Binuhat Festival
Location: Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte
Details: The festival is celebrated every 17th to 23rd of July. Its highlight is the gay parade and  beauty pageant. This festival is an advocacy celebration recognizing the rights and social contributions of the the gay community in different fields of endeavors. The word binuhat means to be carried.

Pahinungod Festival
Location: Carrascal, Province of Surigao Del Sur
Details: The festival is celebrated every 16th of July. Its highlight is the mardi gras performed in the streets of Carrascal. This festival is in honor of their patroness, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. The word pahinungod means volunteerism.

Pagoda sa Wawa
Location: Bocaue, Province of Bulacan
Details: The festival is celebrated every first Sunday of July. Its highlight is the fluvial parade featuring the gaily-decorated structure called the pagoda. This festival is a way for the locals to celebrate and remember the discovery of  a miraculous cross was found floating in the Bocaue River.

Banig Festival
Location: Badian, Province of Cebu
Details: The festival is celebrated every 3rd of July. Its highlight is the parade showcasing the Cebuano and Badianganon culture and tradtion. This festival is a way for the locals to promote their heritage and also the local products especially the banig. The word banig means straw mat.

Sagayan Festival
Location: Tubod, Province of Lanao Del Norte
Details: The festival is celebrated every 4th of July. Its highlight is the dance performed by Maranao warriors and the fan dance by the Maranao maidens. This festival is a way for the Maranao's to show their culture to the world. The word sagayan is a war dance depicting the story of a Prince Bantugan.

Hudyaka Festival
Location: Laguindingan, Province of Misamis Oriental
Details: The festival is celebrated every 12th of July. Its highlight is the street dance which portrays the story of how Laguindingan became a municipality of Misamis Oriental. This festival is a way for the locals to share the story of their town to the world. The word hudyaka means spree or revelry.

Padigosan Festival
Location: Rizal Park, Digos City, Province of Davao Del Sur
Details: The festival is celebrated every 19th of July. Its highlight is the colorful street parade. This festival is a way for the people of Digos to celebrate the founding of their city.

Buganihan Festival
Location: Bugani, Province of Compostella Valley
Details: The festival is celebrated every 25th of July until the 1st of August. Its highlight is the colorful street parade. This festival is a way for the people of the municipality of Bugani to celebrate the founding of their municipality

Kaumahan Festival
Location: Barili, Province of Cebu
Details: The festival is celebrated every 26th of July. Its highlight is the colorful parades highlighting the town's agricultural products. This festival is a way for the people of Barili to promote their products and their town's tourism. The word kaumahan means farm.

Kutoo Festival
Location: Cateel, Province of Davao Oriental
Details: The festival is celebrated every 25th of July. Its highlight is the street dancing where the dancers wear costumes with themes connected to the harvest of palay. This festival is a pre-harvest ritual for thanksgiving. The word kutoo is a term for rituals done before harvest.

Libom Paroy Festival
Location: Libon, Province of Albay
Details: The festival is celebrated every 22nd to 25th of July. Its highlight is the colorful parade. This festival aims to revive the rich cultural heritage of the town and at the same time promote its tourism.

Sinugdan Festival
Location: Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte
Details: The festival is celebrated every 1st of July. Its highlight is the religious street pageant. This festival is a way for the locals to share their religious zealousness to everybody.
