Tokyo Disneyland History
Tokyo Disneyland was first constructed in 1980 and was opened on April 15, 1983. The park was constructed by Walt Disney Imagineering in the same style as that of Disneyland in California and Magic Kingdom in Florida. With only a few exceptions, Tokyo Disneyland has the same attractions as that of its Western counterpart.

We visited Tokyo Disneyland during the first and third days of our 3-day Tokyo-Chiba trip which is also the 18th and 20th day of our 2014-2015 Japan Trip. Although I have seen the park from pictures on the internet, I have never expected it to be that beautiful.
What I liked most about the theme park is the night parade. The lights from the floats and dancers make the event very magical.
